Irongate Agent helps open new Dayton restaurant

Sherry Stipp, of Baker, Cook, & Stipp Team, is one such agent. She has been an investor of Sueño, a contemporary Mexican restaurant that is opening up in downtown Dayton, for a year and a half. The restaurant celebrates the traditions and flavors of Mexico's current culinary scene and is led by an award winning Chef. Sueño is owned by The Idea Collective, a national hospitality firm who brought subterranean cocktail lounge Tender Mercy to Dayton last year, in the process earning critical acclaim as one of Esquire Magazines "Best Bars in America: 2021".
